1. Definitions"Service" is defined as, but not limited to, the material, content, and any other form of work associated with the online service Parmenides Courier. "Parmenides" is defined as the owners, administrators, and sole proprietors of the service. "User" means a person, entity, or third-party group that accesses the content and material disclosed through the service.
2. General
This agreement, which sets forth all acceptable use of material contained in the service and user conduct online, sets forth the terms and conditions that apply to the use of the service. Parmenides will have the right to change certain aspects of the service, including, but not limited to, content, content location, and contact information.
3. Changing terms
Parmenides reserves the right to change or modify the terms and conditions applicable to the user. Changes will be effective immediately upon notice, which may be given by means of notices in the service, electronic mail, or conventional mail. If user continues to access the service, the user shall be deemed to constitute acceptance of the modified terms and conditions.
4. Liability
Parmenides is in no way responsible for any damages to user, the user's equipent, or any personal damage aquired as a result of using the Parmenides Courier online service. Parmenides does not provide warranties of any kind and is not liable for any damages or failure of the service as a result of user's actions.
5. Conduct
The user agrees to, as a result of accessing the Parmenides Courier online system, use the service for lawful purposes only. Parmenides will not tolerate any unlawful, obscene, threatening, or otherwise objectional actions by user while accessing or modifying the Parmenides Courier service.
